These terms apply to the Leaders School app provided by Leaders School ("the school"). By logging in, you agree to them.

Who can use the app

The app is for parents and guardians of students at the school. Parents login with the mobile number given to the school and their child's date of birth. Do not let anyone else use your login. If you think someone else is using it, please contact the school office immediately; the office can log you out of every phone.

Information in the app

The school maintains the information shown in the app. If something looks wrong, contact the school office so it can be checked and corrected.

Fees and receipts

The app shows fee dues, the payments the school office has recorded and receipts for those payments. There is no online payment in the app: pay the school as usual, and the payment shows in the app once the office records it.

Acceptable use

  • Do not try to access information about other students or families.
  • Do not interfere with the app, its security or other users.
  • Photos and documents shared by the school are for your family's personal use. Please do not post photos of other children publicly without their parents' permission.

Account changes

The school may deactivate an account, for example when a student leaves the school or if the app is misused.

Availability

We work to keep the app available and accurate, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we will update this page and the date at the top.
